I've no idea...I've reset things called up the company (which blows and there's no further debate about that) and they said everything should be fine. I'm attempting to convince my family to switch over to Verizon rather than the local P.O.S. company we are dealing with now. This randomly happened today and it has been persistent to piss me off the entire day.

Roughly 2x - 3x faster than dial up, thats pretty bad. Call up your ISP or switch i mean the lowest DSL package here is 768/128 (not what I have). Or unless someones stealing your wireless unless you dont have wireless...
