The achievement for getting all of the agility orbs in Crackdown drove me crazy. Some of the achievements in Dead Rising are impossible for me, I believe for one of them you have to play like all day nonstop.

the hardest for me was the rockband 2 achiv where i had to play every single song in the game in one sitting. if i paused the achiv was ruined. on top of that i was playing the expert drums. ridiculas toward the ending and cought myself a good nite sleep after.

The bug squishing one was harder than the gnome! I'd say the hardest would be the "got a light" achievement in TF2 for the pyro - how many spies taunt? And with the disguise kit? I had to farm it (In the days when farming was fun)
