Hello, oprah again with another jail thread!!! Yes another, Please don't delete this
it took a lot of work lol. I am in a typing mood tonight (I wish school was back lol) (ps i think this is would be a great addition to the stickies or jail rules) just saying...
Ok all joking aside, were going to talk economics, yes jail CS:S has economics in it! Ok were doing risk vs gain or advantage vs disadvantage! Ok how does that pertain to jail? Well in real economics its basically its, is it worth the risk of putting these money (or bonds, etc) in to this account, for the amount I can get (gain). So is the gain worth the risk of possibly losing this money. (e.g. you put in $50,000 with the possibility of getting 1,000,000, but you could lose everything). Ok enough on that, that is a whole college course that we don't need to get into. How does this apply to jail you ask, well.....
Here is the situation (which BTW happened tonight)
The ts are in a line they are close together and told not to move, ok thats fine right? Wrong one guy either knifes on purpose or moves on accident, this is where it comes in, no think about it cts . Yeah you could try and kill this person but at what risk how many ts will die? Well the ct did not do that and he shoots 6 ts (which is not against the rules as it is crossfire) and he kills the t that moved , but was it worth the risk? Now was killing 5 good ts worth killing that 1 bad one? I think no you may think yes but next time think will it be an advantage to shoot this person and kill others, just for him moving? Or will it be a disadvantage to shoot this person and kill other ts? In other words is it worth the RISK of killing the other ts? That is all I have to say it is basic risk and gain.
