I decided to make my own PC, Thanks to the courage from friends and eGO :D.
I was just wondering, im buying an ATI card, which brand should i get? HIS, Sapphire, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte?

Then for a PSU?

Then What gHz for the Core 2 duo? is 3 enough?

If im using a Coolermaster Storm Sniper case What Motherboard can fit in it?

What is the dif between AGP, PCI, PCI slot ???

newegg and Tigerdirect, some have slightly better deals.
For GPU, I would go with Sapphire, ASUS, or XFX
for PSU, Corsair, OCZ, and Antec
for motherboard, either Gigabyte or ASUS.
as for the difference from AGP PCI, PCIe, I couldn't tell ya except PCIe x16 2.0 is what you should aim for. Why? Because everything else is old tech, and unless you're getting a sound card, you wouldn't use them anyway.

Maybe you should do some homework before ordering all your parts and putting together your computer. Bending a pin on your cpu can be quite costly.

C2D and up don't have pins, pins are outdated! :D

If you don't know what a PCI slot is don't attempt this.... you are bound to screw it all up..

EDIT~!~@!~@ READ VERY IMPORTANT!!: if your buying a 5870 (you said in a previous thread) you might as well hold off on the build and save that cash for the new Nvidia cards... you will be buying a 5870, and then realized in 1 or 2 months the 385's are out and dominate everything....

That sounds like some good advice. If you don't know what ATX is, then please do not attempt to build your own computer.
