ok for some reason my left 4 dead 2 wont run on linux and im getting windows this sunday to run it but i dont know what windows version is the best does anyone have any suggestions on what system of windows i should get to run steam and insurgency and left 4 dead 2 smoothly. Please reply below if so !!

You should get Windows 7. 64-bit Home Premium is probably your best option.

That's the upgrade version, so you need either Windows XP or Vista to use it. hardrock is running Linux right now so he needs the full retail package.

You can always use the install twice method. Install the upgrade version and don't put in your serial code(30 day free trial), and then upgrade that using your serial code.
