How do I save it?

Right-click on it. Click on Save Picture As, then, for time-saving efforts, save it to C:/Program Files/Steam
That should help make sure you dont take half an hour finding it

Are you running anything besides Windows?

How do I save it?

get vtfedit, make the jpg spray or what ever format it is
and make it to a .vtf file
save it in your steam/steamapps/name/counterstrike/csstrike/materials/logos/vgui
that my path, idk if it works for u
but usualy you have problems with using jpg files as spray

I got it but it's a little to dark, when I spray it I can barely see it, if you can make it lighter great, if you can't I'll live with it.
