I do MMA..
i don't take professional lessons now because they are so expensive, however i have had lessons in the past with ju jitsu and tai chi.
also have self taught/practiced tai chi, jeet kune do, boxing and kickboxing
dosent chuck liddell have kempo tattooed on his arm lol?I study kenpo. Most people I talk to about it haven't heard of it, so my quick summary would be very fast, machine gun like attacks meant to end a fight in just a few seconds. If you'd like to see it used watch The Perfect Weapon. Decent movie with good karate. Clip here. You'll see what I mean by machine gun around the 3:00 mark.
I take shotokan karate under Shojiro Koyama, 9th Dan, one of the original people to bring karate to the United States. He is the leader of Japanese Karate Association World Federation. I am currently a brown belt, and my current kata is Jion.
