IE 8 messed up

So my cat jumped on my keyboard while i was in IE, and hit some keys. Now my IE is all messed up. There is nothing on the sides, and when I move the mouse away from the top of the screen, the address bar goes up. Also, even though my norton and eGO toolbars are checked, they're not there. Any help?
 
This will make your IE8 like brand new again. ^_^

Tools > Internet Options
Click the Advanced tab.
Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
Start Internet Explorer again.
 
I had a virus before that would do the same thing on an old machine i had a few years back, it would go full screen and display vancouver bed and breakfast repeatedly . Might have been Rambizzle...
