So, which one is (or do you think will be) better? No seriously, which one? I'm getting one of them.

Day and night my friend. As Duality stated you cannot compare the two at all. If you want an epic SP go with Mass Effect 2. If you want an epic MP go with Bad Company 2.

If I had to vote on one for GOTY, Mass Effect 2 will probably edge it out slightly.

you cant really compare them, but as for myself. without a doubt.. mass effect 2, everything else is unimportant (im a mass effect junkie lol)

Comparing ME2 and BC2 is like comparing the colors Red and Blue -- how exactly does anyone even begin to do that?

If you're looking for a lengthly, epic, Sci-Fi storyline with amazing, memorable characters and a universe more rich and realized than any Sci-Fi film, buy Mass Effect 2.

If you want a great game with long replay-value, ultra-realistic guns and explosions, and want to be able to bombard a house with a crap load of explosives, buy BattleField Bad Company 2.

apples and oranges but if you had to decide for replay value id go with BFBC2 theres no replay value is ME2 since its mostly just playing SP.... not to mention i think the ME storyline is lame anyway...
