trying to find a good OC ive been using 800/1250 for a while on air been stable at 40-42c
thinking about increasing it a bit im going to try and get a 200 series in june for my bday so i dont care what happens to this one as long as it last till then. Anyone ever oc'ed one before

You might as well wait for the Nvidia GTX 4xx.........they are coming out soon. The GTX 2xx are jacked up in prices and not worth it.

Possibly.......possibly not. If you look at the Radeon 48xx or the 4 series in general. They havn't really gotten cheaper ever since the 58xx/5 series came out. Probably the reason for it is, they stop producing the 4 series cards........so theres a low supply, but the demand for them either stays the same or rises and they get jacked up in price.

This is kinda happening with the GTX 200 series........they are cutting the supply on them, which is probably why there are so few brands selling now and the prices have gone up since last year before the 5 series came out.
