Anyone know anything about Steelseries Xai gaming mouse?

Ok so i got a Steelseries Xai gaming mouse (i am left handed), and for some reason i can not set the buttons correctly, they just do not work , the side ones....any suggestions?

I have one and everything seems to be working fine for me. I am assuming you have already updated the firmware and installed the software?

P.S. If you get an error when the firmware is being updating don't panic. The same thing happened to me but everything seems to have went fine.

yeah got everything got all the newest software as well as firmware, but when i set the buttons to what i want, when i get in game, they never work.....any ideas?
