newegg sells fake i7's

That's why I stick with AMD, no phony piece of plastic with a picture of a heatsink :P

Hahaha, that was too funny.

"Contacting newegg customer service - hopefully they'll send another CPU and a MB, as this fake one ruined the MB. "

Why would you even try putting that in your motherboard, I could spot that it's a fake from a mile away. Should of atleast clued in when he tried to put it in and there were no pins..

Whoever tried the put it on their motherboard was fairly stupid..

I would've sued intel :p

Haha, the guy was joking. Well, I hope he was at least.

Bahaha that's great. It's not Intel's fault though so I wouldn't blame them... I would blame the distributor (whatever their name was). I wonder if some guy who worked at the distributor just made a bunch of money off of ebay... win.

Why...Intel didn't make the product.

Also seeing that Newegg happens to be one of our sponsors...lets try to keep the bashing to a minimum.

LOL, from video.

"This is what I got from NewEgg today....box.

Yeah, I saw this on a Finnish site. Gave me the laugh of the day.
That cooler looks like it's built for hardcore overclockers to serve as a candle during some loving overclocking sessions. =P

Don't worry, They can use that "its just a hunk of metal"

About running?, I don't think it will work.
