Antec Six Hundred Case

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Nano Tek Fan (Blue)

The price is if the owner keeps to his word. Which he signed saying he would.

I like it. I think you could shift money around other places like more ram or memory. but that seems fine to me.

I believe you need a 64-bit version of Windows to utilize all of the RAM you will be purchasing

Yeah for 8 gig of Ram, youll need 64-bit system. Kinda just a rule of thumb.

Price seems a bit high.
Seems more like it should be ~1300-1500

Seems fine, but really? 8gb of ram and a 32 bit OS?!?!??! you will only be able to use ~3.25gb of that..

that is all the hekp i can give

Hey Cullmann,

8GB RAM is not needed nor will it be noticed unless he does alot of Videio Editing. 4GB will be fine. Also, i'd go with G.Skill:

As for the PSU, I'd go with a Corsair:

The MOBO you picked is nice, but might be better to go with this: (SATA 6GB/s & USB 3.0)

Whereas he would save money by only going with 4GB RAM, he could get a better CPU that has HT:

If he goes with the MOBO I showed you (SATA 6GB/s) he could go with this HDD:

I've also added Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit, which you will need for over 3GB of RAM:

He could also go with a smaller HDD for storage (640GB) and get an SSD (64GB) for the OS. With the changes i've made, the total is $1,289 US.

I'd go with 2x500gig harddrives and run them in raid. other then the OS needing to be 64bit looks good.

Hopefully you mean raid 1.

i definetly would not go with RAID0 w/o any sort of backup (0+1), i have see A LOT of hard drives fail, and having them in RAID0 gives you 2x the chance of fail
