The amount of HDR and Sunrays make it far from 'realistic'. It does look awesome, but medium shaders look the most realistic.

Thats mostly the map. This mod is a flowgraph mod. As you can see, the camera will shake when the player is moving. There are tons of features on this mod. Like a heartbeat sensor, ability which allows you to run on walls. radiation detector (which is kinda useless) and more.
