Great guide, I couldn't have put it better myself. I would like to add, though (I know UnderLord touched on this, but I want to explain why it's so important), that screenshots can be a future admin's best friend. If you see someone on a part of the map where they don't belong, or someone who has sprayed an inappropriate spray, or even someone excessively TKing, feel free to take a screenshot of it. Obviously, sprays are going to be a bit trickier since you will basically have to catch someone in the act of posting the inappropriate spray, but it's doable.

This is very useful, for those times when it's just not possible to get an Admin to join your game (although rare, it can happen). To my knowledge, all of the Senior staff (Advisors, Division Leaders, and Council Members) have means to be contacted outside of Steam and the eGO community (be it an Instant Messaging program, or Email). Simply provide the screenshot(s) along with the Condump info, and you will have done your part in making our servers a safer, cleaner, and more fun place to play!

ok i am new to the insurgency thing, but i am a css player for a while, i know the server rules in genral, gonna play in this division for a while and i'll tell "abusive" players what to do, but don't know any insurgency admins yet

I really like that "condump" thing that can come in handy especially if they are typing in the server those things they should not. Don't forget to check out how to record demos under the hacks and demos post. Demos are easy to do and can plainly catch a person red handed doing the dirty.

You should be able to use an alias and a bind functions to make it even faster!

For example:
alias catchpunk "status; condump"
bind F2 catchpunk

So now, when you press F2, it will write the console output with steam ID's.
No need to stop concentrating on the game at hand!

I think all e's should be required to read this. I've noticed lots of them don't bother to inform the admins, instead just wait for an admin to join. I've come on and e's tell me about a rule breaker that was there 10 minutes earlier. I'm encouraging these people to use ventrilo to call admins

If none of you mind, can you post your steamid's (admins). I get in A LOT of situations where i cant do anything past warnings and i don't have any admins on my friend's list. If you could do this I'd be grateful.

Haha I should have known better...
