I always saw it as a sign that they are amazed they got a kill or domination and it was so monumental of a thing that they needed to tell everybody.

Like I tell my players on my semi-pro football team when they celebrate after a TD...."Dude. Act like you've been here {the endzone} before..."

However, in the case of chili, they may NOT have been there b4. Hence they are excited, nothing wrong with that imo. And in this case he wasn't even dominating kirk, just killed him with a sniper which he apparently does not have much experience with. It's not like we have a ton of threads with super important stuff happening, let chili have some fun and be excited that he killed someone who is quite good (at camping) err sniping.
