I crafted my spare Soldiers' Stash and my Master's Yellow Belt and got the Tyrant Helm. I like the Soldiers' Stash more, so I crafted the Tyrant's Helm and my Batter's Helmet hoping for something good, and got....a hatless sniper.
Moral of the story: if you don't like the Tyrant's Helm, it doesn't like you, treat it kindly.
