Scientists at the University of Geneva showed for the first time that laser beams can create form clouds and rainmaking, replacing the bombing of the clouds that is currently used and is clean. The researchers said that with the right conditions and enough drops in the air, you can invoke powerful laser San Isidro (or San Pedro, according to the country where you are) on request.
The experiment, which promises to end the drought in some countries, began in a laboratory (obviously), emitting infrared light in an air chamber at 24 degrees Celsius below zero. The clouds began to form, after the extracted energy electrons ionize air molecules. This created a dense path of ionized gas, called plasma channel.
J?r?me Kasparian, one of the researchers, said that when the laser emitted moisture conditions increased by 50% and the clouds were up to 100 times more water condensed, causing the remote rain expected.
This laser was tested for several nights in Berlin, giving the same result as in the laboratory: a path of clouds through which the beam, provided the humidity is high. The findings stunned scientists, who plan to create rain in a large area with many rays.
Anyway, there is still much for this technique is perfected, but Dr Kasparian and his team hope that soon the water falling from the sky as he opened the shower faucet or shower.
