I always giggled and saw a few fanart pictures of Spy poking fun at Scout with his famous domination line:
"May I borrow your ear piece? 'This is Scout, rainbows make me cry, over!' ".
But have you ever wondered WHY he said that? As in, where in the world did he come up with such a silly thing?
Well... I wish I thought of this sooner, but it only came to me when watching Australia (Yes, with Hugh Jackman <3 ) and they played a song from a VERY famous, classic movie:

I can imagine that the Scout's mom took him to see this, and after hearing this song every time he saw a Rainbow he gets teary eyed.
My guess to how the spy found out is either he SAW Scout get all teary or his mom told the Spy on their little dates.
Well, that's only my theory, I know this is probably wrong. Do you guys think otherwise?
