What is [TIS] ?. I have been playing a lot on this server last week and never heard about [TIS].

Personally I have no clue who they are, but lets not accuse anyone of anything until proof is displayed.

Never seen them o.o OR never notice them. And I spend like 80% of my CS:S life in high school.

First of all, I suck!
Second, I have mainly been getting my head handed to me because I am used to controlled fire systems, like TF2 or BC2, and have been having problems adjusting to the CS:S physics.
Finally, I haven't really noticed any one group or person owning me any more than any other. It seems to be whoever finds me first that gets the kill!

Those guys might be better than most, but I still suck enough to be killed by everyone!
