Guild Wars 2 Release Date finally Announced!

Hey guys!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the release date of Guild Wars 2 will be:

November 2, 2010

You can pre-order it from gamestop.

If you haven't been keeping up, they have released the specifics on the dynamics of the world in the game. It is on the GW2 website. Should check that out so you can keep up to date on everything GW2 related.

It's a tentative placeholder date according to the Gamestop employee I spoke with in store a few days ago. GW2 slid into the conversation and we spoke about it, there is no official date yet announced for GW2 sadly

Last I read it was being targeted for the 2nd / 3rd quarter of 2011, but the beta *should* be later this year... hopefully :\

I've been waiting for 2006 for GW2 to come out, when it was announced. I've heard dates galore, and I'm not believing a thing until I get it directly from Anet.

I doubt will be lucky enough for a 2010 release, they're not even in beta yet...

It'll prolly be released sometime in 2011 since it's not even in beta yet. I can't wait though use to play Guild Wars all the time till i got bored with it

That is NOT the date. It's only official if it comes with the Arena Net web site. Also, they've even said the FIRST playable DEMO of GW2 will be in August and September.

Oh jeez, well now that everybody it's taking even longer for it to be released, the more I expect of the game.

Does anyone know if there is going to be a GW(2) Division ? I know it's impossible to buy a server for GW2, but I mean just for the forums and such.

Gw2... i didnt really liked the graphics of the current GW, hope they will improve.

I don't get the producers of games anymore, why do all of them get there games out when SCHOOL starts again??? . djeez, thats stupid . oh well, i think i will have fun anywayz xD

I check the GW2 site like twice a day, hoping for updates...I really can't wait for the game to come out.
