Just wanted to post this image from my Mac Steam Store for everyone. I'm 100% certain we'll be seeing this wednesday as it is the last day of the Mac release rollout schedule.

That and HL2 came out last wednesday:

I have only one reason to be excited.

1) More MAC nuubs with their no button mice to kill as they have no W+M1 for pyro and can only stand still :D

Darth obviously has no idea how Macs work. Not every Mac user uses 1 button mice. In fact, many gaming mice are multi platform.

All the Mac's at my school use 2 button mice.

A lot of mac owners currently game using vmware and windows xp too

LOL.
Hopefully I can rejoin you guys when this finally comes out.
I;ve missed eGO so much since my crossover went kaput

PS. The scary thing about TF2 and Mac. There have been lots of Mac users that have been playing TF2 for a while nao. We are like ninjas, we blend so well with you guys its scary. Tbh, I would call myself an adept sniper even with my one button mouse :D

Cya guys in game :)

Lol yeah, I've played TF2 with eGO on my macbook pro a few times before. I used to have bootcamped XP. I uninstalled bootcamp once I heard about Steam for Mac :)

I do use a mouse though. I plug in my Razer Diamondback to play games. Although, torchlight does work fine with just the trackpad.

Dude, it was a joke. I know how macs work as i use them at school. We have to use mac mice but the second button is a bit hard to use as you have to click it right on the left.

These mac jokes are getting old. Try something we know that DOESN'T work on a mac. =)

  • Top of the line video cards?
  • Building your own monster gaming rig?
  • DirectX 11?
  • Hundreds of companies making hundreds of games per year to choose from?

clearly i forgot the code of conduct for eGO

believe me i have 2 mac pros and a macbook pro that i use for work and they have just as many issues, most musicians don't seem to impressed when the thing crashes after a really good take and i scurrying to recover a few gb's of a really good drum track.

so keep talking your self into it so far from my experience my SuSE linux install jumps ahead of both my mac and windows setups by leaps and bonds on almost everything.

it just happens that i need macs for running Pro Tools HD, and Peak Pro and windows for my games if my audio DAW's and game worked on my linux distro i would dump both mac and windows and never touch them again.
