So I was in Black Mesa last night... There was a pub complaining that red always loses and was the inferior team. Now i'm not going to get into that whole discussion because well... no one wins.

The point of that story... It made me think.. lets have a bounty on the entire other team. There needs to be a minimum of 30 players in the server, with 15 members on the opposite team. I've picked Black Mesa simply because it tends to hold more eGO members consistently than most others and players play for longer periods of time. If someone you had dominated leaves, you will simply have to dominate the person that replaces their slot. No easy way out, no cheating the system.**

Dominate an entire 15+ team all at the same time in our Black Mesa server, if a player leaves you need to dominate the new player on that team as well. Prize is all of my current casino cash*

In addition to my casino duckets, you'll get a copy of Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West!

First person to dominate the entire other team all at once will get all of my casino cash*. If it takes an entire year (I seriously doubt) you will get all of the cash i've accumulated to that point, and I never use it, so its only going up.

The prize can be claimed by posting a screenshot of the mass domination in this thread.***

Please contact me with any questions or concerns via PM.

------------------------------------

*Prize amount will change over time, no exact amount is promised, nor is any minimum. Must be claimed by an Edge Gamers Member. No Pubs allowed to claim this prize. This bounty may be terminated at any time for any reason by myself or per the request of eGO management.

** If any loopholes are found in my rules they may be changed at any point to ensure the initial goal is met to the standard.

***Screenshots must be verified by at least 1(other) admin present during the time of the domination, no exceptions. If no admin is present, you will need to contact one and have them come verify your score.

y not just say dominate steve, its impossible I have never seen 1 person dominate an entire team. I have seen close to that, but not the entire team.

This is a tall task indeed...

I bet eGO removes Black Mesa and changed to another map or maps before this is collected. If anyone ever can dominated 15+ people at the same time.

I do not play on Black Mesa that often, but is the map symmetric or asymmetric?

It is symmetrical.

I've played Blackmesa for a long time, and I've had some great runs there. However, the most people I have ever dominated on Blackmesa at once is 9. I have seen someone get 10, but that's it.

The issue here is that when you get more than 8-9 doms, ANYONE who kills you, or even anyone who gets an assist is very likely to get some revenge and kick you back to square one. You also have to be on, all the time. I know I've had 7-8 doms before, and then 2 minutes of not paying attention, or just really crappy luck, and I'm down to 2 doms. It's finicky, to say the least.

I'll try, I really will, but I think this isn't going to have a collection for a long, long time.

not impossible but unlikely, and i see you have only 70k, this kind of challenge should come with a 500k reward or greater, quite simply because you probably wouldnt lose your money anyway because of people constantly leaving and joining the server,

dominating 15 people isn't really the hardest part (given enough time and if you are a good enough player), its getting the people you've dominated to stay in the server and not leave over a long period of time

Can we get a reverse domination bounty going? I've been close to being dominated by everyone in Black Mesa before >.>

See, getting 15+ domination at the same time is totally doable. Not easy but doable. Probability of dominating the entire team at the same time is dramatically lower because of other factors such as new people joining and people moved to the other team.

I am sure there is a person or three who can go 100+ kills without dying. :P

I've played pocket medic for mister adam before and we dominated pretty much the entire other team. Just camp vents, it worked for us :P

need a medic to help you? ;P

I think the most I've ever gotten on BlackMesa was 12...Then shortly afterwards I died twice with double revenges on both of them...I cried a little inside =(

Story of my life.

And THAT is precisely why this isn't going to happen any time soon :p

Umm... yea... i dont think it would work though. But good idea!

You all seem to be looking at this as impossible. It is not at all impossible. It is very difficult, not impossible. It isn't meant to be a bounty that is easily or quickly claimed. The real point here is to get players to think about the game in another dimension, try a little harder, and play a little more tactically. It will also hopefully get more people teaming up and get a little more teamwork going on both sides.

A few tips I can give you guys to help:

1: Use teamwork. A lot of it.

2: You'll almost certainly have to use multiple classes (you can switch in spawn without killing yourself). You might want to use the sniper to get a few doms on a class you have trouble with getting near, pyro for those pesky revenge fueled spies, and a demo for well... anything that gibs.

3: Move around. Don't be predictable. Keep enemies guessing and try to move around the map and keep enemies guessing. Don't hand them an easy revenge they can plan out.

4: Run away. If you're being outgunned, run away, heal, go back and gib some suckas.

5: Stay away from high risk areas. IE: Don't stand on A like a lump.

6: Watch for trouble spots. Let a teammate run around that corner and explode first, then run through the rain of stickies before they're active.

I hope these tips help some of you. I know this is common sense for some, but with the release of Mac TF2 there will be some fresh meat and new players to eGO, this might give them a little bit more of a shot at claiming this bounty!

Remember guys, the longer this takes, the larger the prize. Don't constantly work at this one, it'll drive you insane (unless you've got map pro skills!). Just enjoy the game, even help others towards achieving the goal. We all want to see this one happen.

Since everyone thinks this is a little more difficult than the average bounty, I'lll raise the stakes a little. The person that claims it gets a free copy of Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West.

You advertise baiting your teammates " 6: Watch for trouble spots. Let a teammate run around that corner and explode first, then run through the rain of stickies before they're active. " ---- Not against any rules, but it's looked down upon. Not only that, you are hurting your team in the process. "1: Use teamwork. A lot of it. " --- Wait, what? 6 and 1 are completely contradictory.

I was hoping I wouldn't need to clarify so much here... Let an "ubered teammate" run around the corner first. I was hoping this would be implied after you read the first tip.

Also, even if you let a non-uber pyro run through a doorway first, it isn't hurting your team, its more likely for them to survive the blast or blow stickies, rockets, arrows back at the enemy.
