Problem with tracking recruiting referrals?

I'm not sure but I think there is a mistake with the Referrals for eGO. On my profile it says I have 11 recruits, but I have it in the 20's. Is there a mistake?

Referrals that show up on your profile, are when people use your name when they are actually creating their forum account. That number does not reflect when they use your name as a referral on their application in the Personnel Service Center.
