I use "Fraps" which has a FPS overlay.

+1 for Duality Also if you have an Logitech G11/15/19 keyboard the FPS will be shown at your keyboard display

they only way my G15 shows fps is if im running fraps i use evga pression that shows Gpu temps which is cool unless logi put out an app

just tested this out with fraps... it worked, bad news is i get hardly 10-20 fps!

Lower your settings, theres a guide right here http://www.edgegamers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=122658 made by Duality, it could help... but I think you need to upgrade your hardware

I do, atm im saving up to build a whole new system! so once i get that ill be rocking high fps's
