OK so, every tab (Store, News, Community) on my new version of Steam says

Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not connected to the internet.-102

Considering that there is a sale going on. People are probably going crazy buying 4-5 games for the price of one and just mass downloading. Going to work while it downloads. Doing errands while it downloads. Downloading while it downloads lol. The servers are will be crying, or go emo from time to time and just die from how much it's being used.
Other day (Said in another post) Steam wouldn't let me launch CSS period. It said it couldn't connect to the server etc. Made me QQ and watch a movie.
