"No steam logon"

Hi guys.. I've been gaming for the past two days, but I keep getting kicked with the error "No steam logon" .
It had happened 3 times this evening.. (past 5 mins -.-) and I just wanna know, is anybody else experiencing this? And what can you do about it?

Yes. Just restart Steam and/or your computer.
You could also verify the cache of whatever game you were playing.

This also might be linked to the mass downloading people are doing. The steam servers are juggling so much data that I think some of it get's tossed out the window. Just a theory.

Shut steam down, and try deleting the clientregistery.blob from the steam folder.

And of course if all else fails, reinstall steam. But this is of course a last resort scenario due to you having to re-download/update your games.

It made me RAGE big time
since I have slow internet it took me a few weeks to get my few games downloaded.

Actually there's a repair option when you execute the steam installer (only when you have already installed it) so you don't have to re-install it at all, it will just fix the deleted files and/or damaged ones, if it doesn't works, well uninstall and install steam again.
