Number one reason I rage quit is on Blackmesa especially

I show up and the battle is pretty much a stalemate..i instantly start spawn camping and rolling the other team. We start to cap the final point...i die..i get teamswitched..i get killd by all my friends critical hits that i just won for them!!

This happens at least three times a week lol

Yeah, but this was made for the average TF2 player, the average TF2 player doesn't play the 24/7 Campfest that is mesa.

Not really, other clans have tried out mesa, for the most part they like it for a bit and then come to dislike it. Because of the stalemates and camping, its really not fun at all to be spawn camped, or iron horse camped, or even vent camped like so many on mesa think it is. TBH I can't really see how they find it fun to camp those places either, they get lots of kills, but its boring, there is no challenge gunning people down running out of spawn. But I guess to each his own, the only reason I really enjoy mesa is because of the unparalleled ability to Tauntkill and just screw around there. I cannot take mesa seriously due to its major balance and gameflow issues.
