i found this out myself acutally, it's just you gotta take your 360 apart. It's a great console but microsoft is way to cheap to put quality out there. Hence forth that is why the pc was created, so we could get a lot more quality than a console. Just made that up but yeah PC offers more quality and customization.
 
Wow, this thread is full of pc elitism. :( I thought this was supposed to be a mature gaming community? It shouldn't matter what platform you prefer as long as you like gaming.:glare: Bashing other peoples console of choice isn't cool.

We're a PC gaming clan, console bashing is par for the course. The best you can do is roll your eyes at people who take their preference for one gaming machine or another way to seriously.
 
PC Will always be ahead of all the consoles. And that's not favoritism. It's fact.

In all honesty, I kinda figured that this would have happened. Im just surprised that these people have the $$ to go blow on something like this, ESPECIALLY when they have an older version of the 360. People need to learn that just cause Microsoft comes out w/ the slimmer version doesnt mean that this "RROD" or "RBOD" wont happen.

This is why, console wise, the Playstation 3 stands triumphant. But PC beats all consoles to a degree, so I can't go much farther then that.

Im gonna add real quick that ive heard its easier to fix the ps3's ylod (yellow light of death) than it is the x360's rrod (red ring of death). ive even seen videos of a guy carefully taking apart a ps3 that he had that was originally had a ylod and fixing the issue. ive never heard (but ive never searched up) any info or videos on anyone taking apart an x360 & fixing the rrod issue. if anyone has indeed taken an x360 apart & fixed it (& video taped it), i have yet to hear bout it or record it. all i ever hear is people complain bout the x360's rrod, but you either never hear bout people fixing them on their own or its a rare occasion.

Please feel free to correct me if im wrong bout the x360's rrod being fixed bit.
 
i have no sympathy for xbox owners. XBOX has these problems, you know this, you buy it anyway, shame on you.

it's the fact that so many poeple get waranty's on them that they can't fix it themselves. It's bad if you do that while it's under waranty.
 
Well, just like the Regular Xbox 360, this will probably be fixed in the next few months. Still a huge disapointment though, you'd think Microsoft would have learned by now.
 
alright guys - there's no reason to bash people for their choice of gaming platform. thread closed to stop the flames
