At about 400 bucks, its not that bad. I have the intergrated GeForce 6150 SE, and to be honest, its not that bad. I mean its not gonna play crysis or anything lol, but I can run INS,CS:S, DOD:S and others around medium settings with only 1.5gb of ram, so its not that bad.

It also has a 300 watt PSU :-(

You can pick up a decent machine from HP for Dell for under $1000 that will run most games that you want to play. Do you want this computer specifically for running cutting-edge games? If so, you won't really find anything "low priced." If you're willing to go with a mid-range system you can get a decent machine for $700 or $800.

So let's start with this: what's your budget and how exactly are you looking to use the machine?

Processor: 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Quad or equivalent
Memory: 4GB RAM
Video: NVidia GeForce 8800 GTX 512MB or equivalent
Hard Drive: 15GB
Sound: DirectX 9 and with these specs if possible

It would honestly be cheaper to build one, but that looks like it's out of the question.

If you can do it over the phone, I think you can do that with www.cyberpowerpc.com while lets you select your parts.

Well you do not want to go too low priced. If you buy cheap you get cheap and then you will have to upgrade in 2 years. Buy something that lasts a long time and don't upgrade as often. And it comes with a monitor.

Anyway, you can get something good and cheap for 800. But stay way from the Gateway trash. HP is pretty much the way to go.

So, answer these few questions so I know what to recommend.
1.) Are you comfortable with building it yourself?
2.) If so, are you able to purchase parts online?
3.) If so, what all would you need? (Such as monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, OS (the tower is a given)
4.) What do you plan on doing with this computer? (I assume gaming)

And I think that's it.

Okay. More questions.
1.) Are you able to buy them online, or do you have to go to a store. If store, what store(s)?
2.) What will you be needing? (Just a tower, or keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers)
3.) What will the primary games you want to run be?

If you really feel insecure about putting anything together i suggest this one you mentioned yourself. Very nice rig to find for that price prebuilt.
