Article ITT I attempt to review every movie I've seen.

Oh Have not cheeked on this in awhile. Some nice movies out there I need to watch now ;D

Anyways how about Dead or Alive by Miike. It's one of only a handful of movies to throw me through a loop at the end
NOTE: This was the first Miike movie I ever saw :P

Or another one of my favorite films in Man Bites Dog?

Title: Dead or Alive

Director: Takashi Miike

Story: A battle to the death between two of Japans premier Direct to Video movie stars.

Review: This film was basically made to set up two of Japan's biggest B-movie action stars. Basically imagine Steven Seagal and Chuck Norris in a movie that pits them together...you know when they were in their prime. That is what this movie is like, but for most people they don't see this movie just because of whose in it. No, they see this movie because it's a well put together Yakuza film that is book ended by insanity. The beginning of the film is fast paced set up for the story featuring sex, drugs and violence wiping by at near light speed. The end of the film is easily the most memorable ending I've ever seen and that all I want to say about it. The movie has an issue with pacing though, after the dizzying fast intro the film feels like it slows to a crawl. There is some meat to the story, that coupled with everything else makes this film a major recommendation for any fan of Japanese cinema.

Title: Man Bites Dog

Director: R?my Belvaux

Story: A film about a group of filmmakers making a documentary about a very personable and likable person...one issue though. The man is a serial killer.

Review: Oh damn this thing has an NC-17 rating...I never noticed that before. I guess it is a violent and at time grotesque film. Well I guess I have to say that if you have a weak stomach or under the age of 17 to not view this film.

Now that I got that out of the way, this is an interesting mockumentary that I guess asks some moral questions about documentary film making. Not just film making actually, but any kind of reporting. The supposed filmmakers in this movie start off as objective dispassionate observers of the murders, but soon become more and more involved. I guess when I think about this film I think about that famous picture of that small child out in Africa that is near death and there is vulture ready to eat the child. It a sad and gut retching photo and when I see it I always wonder what was going through that photographers head when he took that photo. Actually if memory serves me correctly the photographer committed suicide soon after that photo was taken. I do recommend this film to just about anyone who can stomach the violence and is of course over 17.

Hey Sexy Beast, I suggest you watch this indie film called Red Baron. Its obvious the story bout the Red Baron during WWI. I will admit that its a great piece of cinema & worth watching. It may be on Netflix, but dont count on it. I rented it from Redbox. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10 for cgi reasons.
 
The Last Airbender sucked, saw it at midnight, review it when you see it, but I advise against seeing it. Worse than Eragon, The Golden Compass, and Dragon Wars all rolled up.

Story: A troubled young lad sees dead people...like every where and I mean ghosts, not bodies.

Review: Now this is a great way to kick off your career. With a movie like the Sixth Sense suddenly the sky is the limit. Lets forget all the damage Mr. Shyamalan has incurred over the last few years. Lets just pretend that the year is 1999 and no one knew who he was. It a well acted, directed and a well told story. Haley Joel Osment isn't all that annoying either. So yeah, good movie right here.

I can actually do the review to How to train your Dragon. All I ask, Sexy Beast, is that you edit the text along w/ the poster like you normally do. Im not sure how or where you get the posters, but go ahead & put it up.

Story: Boy captures dragon & learns from it & teaches it to fight with him instead of against him.

Review: The movie is really good. It has a great story & definitely keeps you in it. Theres a good lil bit of humor to go along w/ it. Def can take the kids to go see it. I will go ahead & let you guys know that I went to see the 3D version of it & will say that 3D is ok, but not impressive. I suggest you watch the 2D version because there is very little difference. Overall was very impressed with storyline & cinematics.

Also, he can't edit your posts. Just because you make a thread doesn't give you control over it.
 
cupcake i was just simply tellin him to copy my text of the review & place the poster image of the movie into a post & place the review w/ the poster, thats all.
