AMD Phenom 9750 PROBLEM

There's an obvious fix to your awesome problem. 1. Put your computer in a freezer and play. 2. Keep your computer off for a year, it'll work after that. 3. Real Fix: Get a better fan?

First off,
what temps is your GPU hitting?
Secondly, clean and dust out your PC.

My graphics card is well hitting over 100c even idle.

get a new GPU STAT!
the phenom is fine
I have two GPU stats, both record the same thing.

Clean dust, make the room cooler, turn the fan speed up.
Room is at least 65 degrees in the day time (YES I know, that's cold, not mention an air condition vent on the floor below this computer desk.) Cleaning it, might help it, but I'm sensing something more in depth.

My fans run 1300RPM and well over 2500 RPM.

No, if you were to clean, it would be better. My brother's HD 4850 used to idle at arond 70C+ and load was around 100C, but then he cleaned it out and now he idles in the 50C range, and load temps only go up to 80C.

If you have an extra fan...

...you could take my approach. (80mm) 42 idle, 54 load

how big is your case? because you have two gpu's and a quad core so maybe you need a better case..or at least better fans also cleaning will help a lot if it is dirty, im not familiar with geforce 9100 but i have a 9800 GTX in my desktop that is a dust magnet and needs cleaned fairly regularly or it gets hot...no where near 100c tho

GeForce 9100 is an IGP.

And.... that is? Also, just removed the right side case, cleaned it out, still problems. I have a fan blowing on it and is now idling around 86-89c, but easily gets to 110C (253 degrees) I've talked with my parents and we're probably going to buy another cooling fan. Don't know yet....

LOL That is so ghetto, but it looks like it could actually work well.

The correct term is afro-engineered.

I would suggest a new gpu. idling around 100 C is not good. I like the freezer idea actually..

I think that you should get a independent Graphics Card that runs off a Slot (PCI, PCI-E) instead of using the one that is on your motherboard. My motherboard came with the same IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) and it over heated allot, my solution was to just get an independent Graphics Card like I said before.

Something is definitely up w/ that IGP. I dunno what you're runnin on that thing but it sounds as though something isn't right.

If you've cleaned it thoroughly and it's still that high, I would just suggest buying an independent card like Trippey suggested, example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130435. Once you have that installed, then go into the bios and disable that integrated sucker. Those types of temps are dangerous to your board.

Also just wondering, have you tried looking for updates to your motherboard and/or BIOS? Perhaps there's a fix in either of those areas.

IGP is Integrated Graphics Processor.
Most GPU are on a dedicated card that you have to plug in to the motherboard.
And IGP is already on the motherboard, and is much, much weaker.
Are you sure you're reading the temps correctly, though? What program are you using?

Well. I went to best buy, bought a 21$ fan, and whooo-lah... and cleaned out the main internal fan. Works like a charm.
