It's disappointing that it's going away, I would love to see it salvaged. You can still see your stats for eGO servers through hlstats so it's not life changing the way some people make it out to be

FBG was a great product, but honestly, it wasn't designed to make money as it went. They were hoping that the product would get noticed by valve and get sponsored/bought out. There's nothing you can do to save them and the creator/owner of the project has his mind set on better things. I agree after talking with him that he should can FBG and do the projects he was talking about.

On a more serious note, the orange box update boned FBG.
