What games do you think are overrated?

I do not want to make anyone mad about the following list. Please remember that this is my OPINION. And because I'm stating my opinion about these games here, feel free to state why you might not necessarily agree with what I say here. Here is the game I think is the most overrated.
Call of Duty (as a franchise)
This is a giveaway. I don't hate COD, I think its a fine game, but its impossible to just pick up and play online. First time I played online was at a friends house, we were playing MW2... And 3/4 of the time I wasn't even able to get a shot in before I was torn down by my "enemy." The reason its the most overrated (at least to me) is that so many people LOVE IT SO MUCH (which is fine) is that you end up playing only so that you can get the cheaper, higher level guns.

totally agree with you on crysis. great software for benchmarking, not so much for gaming.

I'd have to say Modern Warfare 2. I didn't pick this game up at all. At the time it was due to my lack of xbox live in my apartment but when i began to play it at friends houses I realized it was nothing more than a re-skin and new maps. I think the gaming community should have demanded more out of the developer.

I was really disappointed.

totally agree with you on crysis. great software for benchmarking, not so much for gaming.

I honestly think the graphics are overrated as well. Like you said, great for benching but it's not as great as people make it out to be graphically.

My heavily modified Oblivion looks better and still plays with a 60fps average, with 8x AA and 16X AF. Plus, the gameplay is obviously so much better.
