hmm it honestly depends on the server.
office- i would say pepper, hes (almost) always on and volunteers himself for taking "care of business"
highschool- its really hard to say, when i do play its usually a new batch of people excluding some fun wtF. people, and the highschool norms.
jail- anyone who is creative and doesnt do the same stuff every round, but a special thanks out to t3rror-unit for that st the other day
dust2-im not on so much, but the members that play there are unforgettable
dust1-anyone in the server whos willing to talk and have a good time
