Pretty much everyone from the CS:S division.
*edit* OK, I lied.^ Maybe not EVERYONE, but majority. Okay?!
But if I had to narrow it down to the top 5..

Big Red King, when s/he used to play. Back in my eG days. *cough*
Cryptex, his outrageous battle cries before he dies are hilarious.
King.exe, he's a pretty relaxed guy and eh..doesn't afraid of anything.
Starscream, he's the only guy I can get a legitimate argument back from, LOL. Bad idea if we're both CTs. :$
Fart Vader, back before he got his Advisor tag, he really used to play Jail. Believe me, this isn't a myth. Now he pretends to run the scrim team.
