Lawsuits for cancer.
Lawsuits for crop loss.
Lawsuits for drought.

Though, she isn't getting any special privileges since she must have the intent of occupying the area.

Does this mean I can claim Earth in the name of Mars?

Don't forget lawsuit for damages to property due to solar storms, lawsuit for unintentional blindness induced by the light and I'm sure a bunch of zoning violations for excessive lighting.

Does that mean I can charge her whenever I buy suntan lotion?

I mean...it's her sun, but it burns me.

It can actually go both ways...if you do, then she has to pay taxes on it (I think) and if you don't buy it, file a lawsuit. :P

I wonder what the Moon has to say about this...

She can attempt to sue everyone for using her 'Sun'.. but they'll counter-sue her for giving everyone cancer.

Pretty sure those WoW players won't be affected since they don't actually go outside into the sunshine.:thumbup1:

Yup.. That's her 10 minutes of fame there, and like anyone is gonna pay or care, if not we'll just send the UN/NATO/US death squads after her.. That should clear that little problem up real good!

@DUCE, 1+ internet to you sir for the mighty Boosh link!

Technically she does own the sun, so I think that I am going to try to convince my uncle to sue her for his melanoma. Either we'll win the suit or she will lose all claims to ownership. :)

How about i first pay the sun tax for a few weeks and then sue her for taking it away every night. Or, during winters for not providing sufficient amount of what i paid for. The possibilities are endless and by the time all that gets covered by some paper she will have thousands of lawsuits to lose and millions of dollars to pay :P
