Yes another recruiting contest! For those of you who remember, Wind held a recruiting contest in September for everyone in eGO to participate in. This will be very similar to his, so if you competed in his competition then you will have a little bit of an advantage. However all of those who didn't participate, it isn't hard to get into the swing of recruiting and with a little effort you'll be bringing in new recruits by the truck load. From the start this will be open to all eGO members in any division, so if you are not in the CS:S division and want to compete just start your recruiting! With any hope after this contest is over many of you will continue to recruit with the skills you have gathered from this competition and continue to bring in new members. Remember eGO is always looking to expand and the only way for this to happen is by bringing in new recruits.
Your goal:
Recruit as many pubs as possible for the CS:S division during the month of December.

So if you could not already tell this contest will take place from November 29,2010 to December 31,2010. Each week I will be taking the top 3 people with the most recruits for that week and awarding them Casino Cash. In order to make your recruit count, you must post in this thread with a link to their APPROVED application WITH your name on the recommended by.
Remember recruiting gets you noticed by Leadership and should also be done outside of recruiting contests like this. It is the best way to help eGO expand and a good way to make new friends inside of eGO and the CS:S division. Like Wind stated in his competition CS:S recruiting numbers used to be a good bit higher, so lets try to get those numbers back to where they were!
Note: I have decided to start this event two days earlier in order to keep the first week a decent number of days. Also to give those members who are not on so much later in December a little bit more of a chance to get their recruiting numbers up sooner!
Rules and Details
- Only registered members of eGO can participate.
- Recording for recruits only counts from November 29th to December 31st.
- The week dates are: 29-5, 6-12, 13-19, 20-31. Long last week so make it count!
- The time and date of acceptance for the recruit's application is when the recruit will be counted.
- Recruits will count for the week they are recruited and no other week. However it will count for your overall total. Example: Recruited week 1 does not count for week 2.
- Only recruits for the CS:S division will count.
- This ends December 31, 2010 at 11:59 pm, no late recruits will be accepted!
Weekly Rewards!
The top 3 members who have recruited the most pubs at the end of each week will receive Casino cash. The top recruiter of the week will get 20,000 CC.
The second highest recruiter will receive 10,000 CC.
And the third place recruiter for that week will receive 5,000 CC.
End of the Month Rewards!
I have decided to rid myself of almost all of my Casino Cash, so the recruiter with the highest total number of recruits at the end of the month will receive 50,000 Casino Cash. This is for you people who may only get one recruit a day and don't win any of the weekly prizes. With this being said if you do happen to win one of the week prizes, you are NOT excluded from receiving the end of the month prize. Along with the 50,000 Casino Cash prize the top recruiter for the entire month will receive a free copy of Call of Duty Black Ops and the second highest recruiter will receive a free copy of the full version of Minecraft. You will also get to Join myself, Un0fficial, Joshcash and Sloppie on an episode of the eGO Podcast.

Weekly Results and Winners!
Week 1: We had a good first week. There were a total of 13 recruits brought in by four different recruiters! Those guys were Wind, Power, Just Plain and Bole. Power came in first place for this week with 7 recruits. Wind came in second with 3 recruits and Just Plain came in third with 2 recruits! So make sure to congratulate them on their excellent jobs. Remember it is not to late to start if you haven't already. I would love to see more of you guys recruiting!Week 2: We had a decent second week, we had a total of 14 recruits for this week with 6 members bringing in recruits. Those 6 members were Power, Wind, BeanieJ, Just Plain, DanJK and Meowcenaries. The first place recruiter for this week was Wind with 7 recruits! Second and third place both had ties, Power and BeanieJ tied for second with 2 recruits, so they will both be getting 10K CC each. Third place had a three way tie between DanJK, Meowcenaries and Just Plain. They will each be receiving 5K CC. Remember its not to late to start recruiting so get on it!
Week 3: This week started off a little slow but no worries for it ended up with the highest number of recruits! We got a total of 28 recruits for this one week, for the entire month we now have a total of 55 recruits! This week the top recruiter was Meowcenaries with 9 recruits. Second place was another tie between Wind and Power with 7 recruits each! The third place recruiter for the week was Blackangel with 3 recruits for the week. The other recruiters for the week were Mayhem Death and Crazyrockets. So good job for everyone who participated this week, remember that next week is the last week but it is also an 11 day long week. So make sure you make good use of this time and get plenty of recruits!
Week 4: For the last week of the contest, we happened to have a few extra days to bring in some recruits. These days really seemed to pay off since we got 53 recruits in this week alone! This left us with over 100 recruits for the month from this contest! We had a lot of people bring in a lot of recruits this week, leading the team this week was Meowcenaries with a total of 25 recruits. Next was power trailing closely behind with 17 recruits for the entire week! For third place was Wind with 4 recruits. This of course ends the contest as previously stated, however this does not mean to stop your recruiting efforts. even if you only have time to bring in 1 recruit a week, at the end of the year you increased the size of eGO by 52 members. So do let this end your recruiting days. Instead let the skills and practice you have obtained from this contest fuel your recruiting efforts!
End of the Month Winners!
The top three recruiters of the month displayed extreme dedication to the contest and to recruiting for the CS:S division, so I thank them for their efforts, also with this they will of course be receiving the prizes they worked hard for! Coming in first place with a total of 35 recruits for the entire month was Meowcenaries! Coming in second place right behind Meow, was Power! He gathered a sum of 33 recruits! Following behind Power and Meowcenaries was Wind with a total of 22 recruits! So congratulations guys you earned your prizes!
As I have said before and many others have also said, do not let the end of this contest be the end of your recruiting. Take all the skills and practice you got from this contest and apply it to your daily recruiting efforts! Like many have said even if you can only get 1 recruit a day or even a week, at the end of the year it makes a big difference on how much eGO has grown! So keep up all the effort I have seen here and in no time the CS:S Division can conquer the world!
