Can Riot ever find true balance in all things?

Riot really can't make champions that are "balanced" or i haven't seen one in a while, most are "OP"(Overpowered) and some are "UP"(Underpowered), and people rage. The Last champion that i think that riot has mad that is actually balanced and has some +'s and some -'s is Akali. Who came out about a year or so ago xD.

So i ask... Will Riot ever find true balance?
 
No game with vastly differing abilities between the characters played will ever be truly balanced, to do so is nearly impossible. League of Legends is pretty damn balanced compared to many games. Irelia, Trundle, and Lux are very balanced.

Irelia is very balanced don't think she got nerfed or buffed. Leblanc seems like shes ok now just people thought she got nerfed to the ground but shes still pretty strong again with the little buff they gave her. Trundle in my opinion is a very weak champ. He can gank but he really is useless in a team fight other then dropping the tanks armor and a slow. Cassiopiea isn't to bad though, people just have no idea how to play her. Reginald was owning with her on his stream. All in all sure Riot does try and balance and they aren't always going to make the decisons that you or I like but they work hard and its a free game people should stop complaining and ejoy the game for what it is.

Garen is balanced now after the recent nerfs and sunfire cape nerf

Too bad he spelled *Padawan* wrong.

But going back to what my friend BeeGee said, if you can use them you can win. I have see people use a so called "underpowered" champion and dominated the game. Even these so called "overpowered" champions. It is some balance but mainly skill.
 
Agreed, taric is an amazing support (if played right) and his targeted stun is also extremely viable. Also, Taric can work with almost any team comp.
 
I have yet to meet a good Taric...I prefer Alistar over Taric anyday

Look at it this way, with Aegis of Legion, Stark's Fervor, Soul Shroud. Taric with his ultimate and shatter up give about 50 armor to all team mates and around 50 damage. When he uses shatter that can turn into -50 armor to the enemy when combined with Stark's Fervor, now your DPS is probably doing true damage to their squishies along with their free BF sword. In addition to the auras on his items which are always useful, Taric with his ultimate and Stark's Fervor can help your team take down a tower in seconds. His heal has a very fast cooldown while auto attacking and his stun is almost as good as Sion's. He offers a lot to a team and is on par with Sona since her nerfs.

I also think you will see him getting nerfed next patch.

And yet, how many times do you see Tarics doing this well compared to an Alistar doing well? I get what you're saying, its just that it rarely to almost never happens in games as far as I can tell.
