Unable to play Casino or see awards.

Good morning,

I've just a quick question.
For some reason in Google Chrome, I can not play the Casino that eGO has or see my awards, and it's only for this PC as well. If I log onto my laptop, Google Chrome displays both no problem.

So, if I want to transfer casino cash or play the casino or look at my awards, I have to use Internet Explorer.

It's not really too big of a deal, but I thought maybe someone knows a simple fix to this. If not, oh well. A little extra work never hurt anyone.

As you can see, I am missing the transfer button and I am unable to click any of the games listed.
I thought it might be my flash, but it works fine. Reinstalled Java as well, just in case.

Considering Google Chrome has an incredibly quicker response time than FireFox when it comes to the Sun Spider Test, I am not willing to sacrifice a great browser for a crippled resource hogging one.

Firefox 4 is going to be fixing most of the "resource hogging."

It will be much faster, just like IE-9

Please don't compare browsers based on 1 benchmark, each one has its own highs and lows in different tests. Also, stability and security are two major factors in browsers that need to be looked at as well, not just speed.

EDIT: The entire casino runs off of Flash, have you tried re-installing Adobe Flash Player? It may be your problem if its only doing this on one computer.

Your welcome, i like giving good input. Still, firefox > google chrome. Since chrome is new, and from goole, fire fox is better!!!

Uh? I don't care about FireFox. Maybe you missed that point somewhere. It doesn't work on my computer for what I need and want.

Mr. Game, my benchmarking understandings do not depend on you. While I appreciate your effort, do not instruct me on how to handle my own computer.

Regardless, all of this is off topic.

Also, yes, I tried to reinstall my Flash. If it's this complicated and you guys suggest a browser change, it isn't worth it.

Here's something to try.

Try erasing your "Flash Cache" by going to this website > http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html and selecting "Delete all sites".

Google Chrome automatically updates to the latest version of flash player, and is included in the browser by default. Make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome (should be 9.0.597.98). Click the Wrench in the top right corner and go to About Google Chrome to find out what version you have.

I use Google Chrome on my PC and Mac and can use the casino just fine.

- I know I probably should have worded that better so it didn't sound like I was telling you what to do, my apologies for that.

I was not instructing you about anything, I simply asked if you could not say something is better than the other due to a single benchmark. It gives people the impression that what they have is better or worse than the other when in fact each has its own upsides and downsides.

(On Topic):
What Seandals said was something I forgot about until I hopped on my netbook later today, Google Chrome updates Flash automatically.

If trying those methods still don't work, then maybe you could try uninstalling both Chrome and Flash Player, then installing just Chrome and allow it to re-install Flash on its own.

It was the Flash Cache thing. I've never even heard of that until today and I've been stuck this way for almost a year or more.
