We should do this the same way we did the DoD vs INS scrim. One round on a DoD map one round on a CS map and the tie breaker on a TF2 map. It's On like donkey kong

I was talking to Barmy about this and instead of making the tie breaker on TF2 which some people might not own why not make the tie breaker on INS since it is free to anyone with a source game which everyone is DOD and CSS have?
