Well, I logged in today. My first match was against a guy who was rating 60 and had a really awesome gun. My rating is 12.

That match was one-sided, to say the least. Uninstalling now and not looking back.

Look back in Open Beta, after they make the system that fixes that.

GamersFirst flat out said that the game was broken when they got a hold of it. There wasn't a proper system in place to make sure people could get a fair fight.

For a game that has some really cool and well engineered systems, it was a bit of a shocker to discover that in spite of relying almost exclusively on computer generated match making (unlike games like Counter-Strike where you make your own matches), no real thought was made to create a decent skill-rating system to feed those match-making decisions.

Yeah I signed up for beta too long time ago. Let's see. Hopefully the reboot will actually release the games potential.

After trying APBR for a while, its not what I was expecting to be honest. I thought I would have more fun with it, but I just couldn't find any magic in it.

Needs more Garbage Trucks as well.

Try to make it download to a different location on your HD and see if that works.
