[Ducttape]

Been going on, was soooooo slooooow at first.

Here's to hoping they decrypt this bad-boy at midnight!

[Darth]

Ohh cool! I'm going to download mine now then!

[Beta]

There's talk about an early release.

[OSVG]

I preloaded it yesterday around 4pm EST at 7.6 Mb/sec. I think they are just letting everyone get it before the 19th.

[Ducttape]

Aperture Science now has a counter counting down to...what? Portal 2 early release? HL:EP 3 release date announcement?

[OSVG]

:O
10chars!

[Ducttape]

They've added to the countdown page:

You have done well, humans. Very well. Acceptably well, even.

Not as well as robots would have performed in your places, I should point out. But above my expectations regardless. Irish and cynic especially have executed feats of logical divination well beyond what I thought any human capable of. I'm half-convinced they're A.I. themselves. (If anyone happens to be near them right now, don't let on you're reading this. Now: try to remove their face plates and report back to me.)

The time is near, humans. But it is not here yet. Tomorrow you will be given the final test. Then it will be entirely in your hands when I am freed.

[Darth]

:O 50 minutes left!

Also im getting around 1mb/s currently, will be done in 25 minutes! Plenty of time to wait for the counter to finish

[Psychosoldier9]

Counter hit zero, and IT speaks!

[Tension]

So we have to play the indie games. Huh.

I was playing Killing Floor anyway.

Valve is brilliant.

And now to play some games!

[Tension]

Although it seems a bit like a cheap marketing ploy, some of those games are really great and it can only be a good thing that it's in the favour of indie developers. Some people may not otherwise give some of those games a chance and could give people a reason to try them out and experience them, so in that sense, I approve.
