whats wrong with my computer

why is it that my ping is ok but my computer everyone is glitching and its like my comp is being really slow

More info please. Computer specifications and "when is it glitching and being slow". Is this while gaming, surfing the internet, etc.

Its the thingamajig thats causing the watchamacallit, to trigger an adverse reaction to a very well known error.

We cannot even begin to help people without some very crictical and important information. like the specs, but just as important is, when it does it? Can you replicate it? When did it start? Have you installed new hardware or software just prior to it messing up? This includes windows service packs or updates or new hardware drivers.
Does it only do it after its been on for a while? or anytime? Any strange noises, smells, etc? What have you tried already?

Lets face it, if you want good help to fix your pc, you have to assist as much as possible.

Yeah, basically this. Right now we can only guess at what's wrong.

My best guess is that even though your ping is good, your actual connection is still slow. Just because you can get a single bit of information to the server and back in 30ms doesn't mean that your connection is powerful enough to get all the game information to the server and back in 30ms.
