I don't have any problems talking to leadership. We're all here to have a good time, uphold our values and enforce our rules to maintain those values for everyone on our servers, not just for our community and they are just another part of that structure. I have had many great responses and interactions with leadership and there have been a few bad ones, but everyone has their off days and people get over whelmed and flustered. Everyone needs to remember that many of us have jobs, families, church obligations, etc and being admins or leadership is a volunteer position that we hold in our very limited free time. Someone may have had a bad day at work, or had an argument with the spouse, g/f, whatever and that will play into your experience. Don't let one or two bad experiences intimidate you into avoiding leadership because communication is essential in the success of our community! If there is a continual problem with communicating with a specific leadership member on legitimate issues that need to be addressed by leadership then put a note in the drop box about your experiences so the matter can be looked into. We're all here to create an enjoyable playing environment and we have to support each other and communicate to make that possible. Follow the proper chain of command to elevate your issue and you shouldn't have any fears of talking to anyone in eGO.
