How do you feel about talking to leadership?

Depends on the leadership member to be honest. There are a few easy to approach leadership members that give off a you can talk about anything sort of vibe and then there are others who have a don't bother me unless I'm a 100% last resort feel to them.

To be honest, they kinda intimidate me, since they DO call the shots in my division. So I talk to them if it's completely necessary. There are some other advisors who I like to talk to...

-I don't talk to some leaders (obviously no opinion about them).

I don't really contact Leadership unless I have a problem. But as others have stated, I usually don't contact anybody. I really feel out of the loop now as I don't hardly recognize anybody in-game anymore. I'm too much of an old fart.
