Steam Issue

Just a quick problem, just came to join the event for the night but when came to join this issue came up.

I do have a genuine copy of Cs:s so was wondering if anyone had the same problem and if they knew how to fix it?

I have found a solution actually. It was an error on steams side (or so I read) and if you simply restart your computer the issue should resolved. That's what worked for me.

Yes, I had that... all I did was restart my computer. To bad it doesn't work for soul or subgoat

I'm also having this problem and read a comment about this current issue from a Valve rep on the steam forums

"There is no need to contact Support regarding this matter.

We are performing some maintenance on accounts. Only games purchased around the release of The Orange Box and before will be affected.

The maintenance will complete in roughly 20 hours. However, your game may become playable much sooner than that.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding."
