I'm extremely disappointed in their decision to keep the games going after the emotional ending of REACH!

It's just not right and I feel like it's almost like taking someone elses art and just trying to make it just as cool. It won't be the same and I will NOT be buying these games or even playing them slightly.

Halo Reach was the end and that's just how it is.

Actually Halo Reach was a prequel to the trilogy. It goes Reach, Halo CE, Halo 2, then Halo 3. It will be interesting to see what is gonna happen in Halo 4 .

well reach took place actually BEFORE the first halo:combat evolved not after. halo 4 is just continuing the story with master chief after halo 3 which im happy about regardless of all the naysay. when i first saw the legendary ending to halo 3 i was mad because well, it was a giant cliff hanger with the master chief floating towards what looks like a forerunner shield world which is exciting!! im all giddy about that and BF3

The games been out long enough for most gamers to know the ending . If you haven't yet, then you have missed out on a lot of halo drama over the past years.

Also remember that this is NOT made by bungie. Expect the unexpected from 343. I think they made halo wars if i'm correct which wasn't so bad.

Once again guys 343 is headed up by a bunch of former bungie employees that have been around since Marathon and Halo 1. So theres nothing to worry about.

actually bungie said halo reach was the last Halo game "THEY" would make, thats why they sold the license to microsoft after splitting away. it basically meant microsoft would continue the halo series and finish off the story. no one actually said reach would be the last one, just the last bungie specifically made with microsoft

Yeah they had said in the past that Reach would be their last Halo game. I know that's what you were getting at Lady.

Brand name makes money, brand name gets milked. Cool for those who enjoy it (I know a lot of die-hard halo fans and that's ok). It's just not for me.

Complete toss up. It could be good, it could be bad. I didn't like the style of the trailer, the fast paced gameplay as opposed to Bungie's dramaticism. New studio bringing their style to Halo. We'll see.

Halo 4 was leaked after reach came out, stating that 343 industry's were making it. This was the last halo game bungie was going to make. And they stated that everywhere.

It was never stated that it was going to be the last halo game. Most people expected halo 4 anyway.
