I'm going to freeze myself until this game comes out

Watch the episode of South Park where Cartman freezes himself until the Wii comes out. You'll then learn why that's not a good idea.

Anywho, Skyrim is just... just... so... GAHFALKAMOOSHABU. I'm ready to be dual wielding me sword and magic. <3

OMG! That was AMAZING! If the 360 version was that beautiful, the PC version will be unreal!

Notice how this takes many elements from Midas Magic and Deadly Reflex mods for Oblivion. Can't complain, but they should give credit where credit is due.

Agreed, but it will definitely be an improvement. I was doubtful at first of how much improvement they were making but I think it's looking good.

kinda? It looks awesome. 300+ hours of gameplay out of the box.

Wait. 300 hours of gameplay vanilla? Because that means this game will easily have 1000+ hours on it by the time the next one comes out for me.

(FYI to anyone not getting the comparison- Oblivion was about 50 hours long vanilla [not counting sightseeing, but doing all the dungeons and side quests and such] and about... well, I'd say 100 hours vanilla GOTY edition. Around 300 considering all of the "worthy" quest mods and dungeon mods and such. Now imagine that as a baseline of content...).

Yeah I've read a lot of stuff that conflicts with what he said (120 dungeons compared to the 150+ he said, etc.), but I'd rather take it from the mouth of the developer than something else on a different website.

The demo I saw looked a little console gimmicky - pull this trigger to cast magic with this hand, pull the other trigger to swing your sword.

I'm sure they'll have a alternate control scheme for the PC, but I really hope another developer hasn't been swayed by the console conglomeration with PC being a port.

Well, the key to me about Elder Scrolls is that they're still going to be releasing tools for modders so that we can add on and change things around the way we want them to be. So, even if there are some signs of it being focused on console functionality, it'll be possible to tweak it properly.

Guess when my B-day is?

Heres a Hint:
Skyrim's release date :)
