The Members Loyalty Programme is a new program Jagex has made that allows you to get loyalty points according to how long you have and keep your membership. You can purchase titles, emotes, and some other interesting things as well. If you're interested in buying something, the seller (His name is Xuan) is located near the middle of Burthrope, which is located north of Taverly, or north of Falador. It's some interesting stuff, so if you play runescape, you should take a look at it. Also, of course, this is only for members. ;)

Meh

I rarely play anymore but I still pay membership monthly. I could hop on and check it out.

I've paid without stopping for 4 years... I join in the program and what do i get? The same darn amount of credits as every person who subscribed recently... My verdict? Stupid. I've been loyal for the past years, and you don't give crap about it, do you jagex?

I don't get on very often anymore, but I saw this thread and had to say something.

Jagex is just squeezing all the money they can out of RuneScape before it goes to the trash can. The Loyalty Programme is blatant proof. RuneScape has waaay to much botting, real world trading, and spam everywhere you go from advertising bots. Not to mention all the high level accounts that were botters, but never got banned... I've given up on the game really, Jagex has to, or at least, I think they have. They might have a shot at perfecting Steller Dawn (who knows?) but RuneScape is a lost cause unless they can remove all the bad stuff.

Just a side note: If anyone wants to discuss things with me about this topic, feel free to add me on steam as I don't visit this website for several days before actually feeling like logging in.

Jagex is actually working on trying to catch botters. They have been talking to botters who make the programs themselves and computer scientist to find a way to stop macroing. As for spam, there isn't really much of that anymore. On member worlds anyways.

Their method of doing is so isn't really the best though. They're planning on taking the botting websites that are most well known by legal actions. Once they have those databases they will find all the accounts that were ever used with that program, then ban them.

Quoted from a community that mostly is for RS developers to share their ideas (I frequently visit this website) but also has many forums for real world trade and botting so I will not direct you to it.

Their databases are rather subjective as well.. Some people are on those communities for the people, to learn, or whatever reason that they might have.

Also, I have quite a few accounts that I used to bot on, that I dont anymore and I would hate to get into trouble for something that I dont do anymore.

I used to bot, but I haven't done it in a LONG time so I hope my account isn't still in those databases. I feel it's not really fair for those who only tried it or simply use the community for other purposes.
